Author Instructions Check List

Presenting Authors – please follow the requirements below for presenting and publishing your work:

			Due On:
	1.  Register for the Conference	Each paper must have at least one author register for the conference for your paper to appear in the Conference CD publication. Please click here to register.	March 1, 2008
	2.  Prepare an abstract for inclusion in the Abstract Booklet which will be available at the Conference.	An abstract booklet will be available for conference attendees.  Please submit your abstract (250 words or less) in either plain text or MS Word to kathleen@ballos.com.  PLEASE NOTE:  Abstract must have the same title, authors and subject matter as the original submitted abstract.	March 7, 2008
	3.  Prepare your technical paper for publication in the IEEE Xplore Compliant Proceedings CD for inclusion in the IEEE Conference Publication Program (CPP);	If you are preparing a six page final technical paper for the CD which will be included in the IEEE Conference Publication Program  -->> Start Here PLEASE NOTE:  Technical paper must have the same title, authors and subject matter as the original submitted abstract. 	4. Complete and IEEE Copyright Form	The IEEE copyright form must be filled out, signed and faxed to US fax number 978-597-6419.  Click here to obtain the copyright form	March 7, 2008
	5.  Prepare your material for presentation at the Conference	Oral Presenters click here.  Oral presenters must ftp their formal presentation to the Conference web site by April 25, 2008. PLEASE NOTE:  Presentation must have the same title, authors and subject matter as the original submitted abstract. Poster Presenters click here	April 25, 2008 for oral presenters
